Panhellenic Recruitment Schedule
For Fall of 2006
Monday, September 3 Slice of Transy 9 pm, Campus Center Gym Join IFC, Panhellenic, and Order of Omega at this all-campus welcome. Local pizza vendors will provide a great taste of college's most vital culinary treat!
Friday, September 7 First Friday Block Party 7 pm - 9pm, parking lot to the left of the 1780 Cafe' This all campus block party hosted by IFC and Panhellenic will provide the opportunity for you to learn more about greek life on Transy's campus. There will be music, desert and games for everyone.
Wednesday, September 19 Orientation– 7 pm, Strickland Auditorium (BSC) Whether you have made the decision to go through recruitment or not, don't miss this informal event. It's a great opportunity to ask questions about sorority recruitment and life as well as a chance to meet the women who will lead potential new members through the recruitment process.
Thursday, September 20 Formal Recruitment Begins Deadline to register for recruitment, 12 noon Round 1 This night each potential new member will attend a party hosted by each sorority on campus. Potential new members will meet with their Rho Gamma groups at 5:15pm and the parties will begin at 5:45 pm. The parties will last 45 minutes with 15 minute break sessions in between each.
Friday, September 21 Round 2 This night potential new members will attend a maximum amount of three parties. Rho Gamma groups will meet at 5:30 pm and the parties will begin at 6 pm, each party lasting 45 minutes.
Saturday, September 22 Round 3 -- Preference Event Each potential new member may attend a maximum of two preference events, each lasting 90 minutes. These events will be held off campus with transportation provided.
