Centennial celebration

2008 marks the 100th anniversary for Beta Zeta Chapter of Delta Delta Delta, and we commemorated this occasion with a Centennial Celebration April 12-13 at Transylvania and Spindletop Hall. Saturday, April 12 - Presentation and Gala at Spindletop Hall, Lexington

Former Beta Zeta philanthropy chair Jill Jones presents Courtney Burge, a St. Jude representative, with a $20,000 check for the Children's Research Hospital on behalf of Tri Delta's Centennial fundraising efforts.

Study Abroad
Scholarship

As part of the celebration, we are creating a Delta Delta Delta Summer Study Abroad Scholarship awarded annually to a Transy student. This newly established scholarship will be endowed, meaning it will continue to grow as other donations are given and as its market value increases.

To heighten interest in this project, we are issuing a challenge to pledge classes to see which class can achieve the highest percentage of donations. The gift or pledge can be spread over three years; credit is given for the total pledged on the pledge card. Please send your donation or pledge card as soon as possible so that it can be included in participation and fund raising results announced at the celebration event in April.
